I placed a lunch order at 12 pm and as i type this post to you I have still not received the order.
Your customer support agent was no good as he couldn’t get hold of the rider neither could he give me a solution. I raised the issue at 12:46 pm today and until 1:15 pm i had not received a resolution on how he plans to get the order delivered.

You need to change your tag line to ‘Do not except to get food delivered cause we suck’. @deepigoyal I am excepting you to respond to me on this post, cause i think your team is really irresponsible. They cant go wrong twice in a span of 2.5 hours.
My dad is 74 years of age I hope you understand his situation. I had to give him plain rice and papad since the window of his medication was closing in soon.
I don’t know how you can make this right. Your refunded amount is not going to salvage this situation.

After what support was provided i dont have any hopes that you will put in your best to investigate the matter further hence forced to seek help legally
