@GrayMaynard @tjsand01 He did far worse than ignore it, he had dissolved the pandemic response team. Claims that he "streamlined the process" don't really support his other claim that Obama had "left the cupboards bare" for PPE. He'd had years to fill those cupboards, but... Streamlining.
