@Sunrun He has reached out, he has actually been great, but he doesn't have to power to ensure they are removed before my roofer comes. He is awaiting the district manager. Also this is at least the 5th time an appointment has been cancelled, no show, or reps have come on the wrong day.

Highly disappointed in @sunrun I scheduled a panel uninstall due to a roof leak caused by their install. They never showed, I called and they told me they couldn't make it out for over a week which is after my roofer 😡 is already scheudled. They need to make this right ASAP.
