RFK is the only politician I am aware of that is focused on health that is able to shine a light on the hold big pharma and big food have on all of us. If you believe RFK's a conspiracy theorist and an anti-vaxxer, do your research as well as RFK has done for the causes he fights for.

President Trump has asked me to do three things:
1. Clean up the corruption in our government health agencies.
2. Return those agencies to their rich tradition of gold-standard, evidence-based science.
3. Make America Healthy Again by ending the chronic disease epidemic.

44: greater difficulty metabolizing caffeine, alcohol, fats. |

Aging is non-linear, happening in bursts. Esp important to maintain health practices in these windows.

Make those breaths deep nitric-oxide breaths. A few of those and I'm sleeping soundly. Purse your lips. Take a deep breath in through your nose where you think you can't breathe any deeper. Then ... breathe in even more. Then let it out slowly. Like at least six seconds. Total game-changer. Try it!
Friends - I'm going to help you not die.
If you take seriously the contemplation that right now may be the transition from inevitable death to an ever extending horizon, then we need to build systems to support that vision of the future.
Right now it's very hard to navigate the complexities of basic health including food, nutrition, testing, and therapies.
You individually bear the burden fighting against seemingly every force in society that is trying to steal your life from you. Everywhere you turn, someone is either trying to profit from your health demise (i.e. fast foods, addictive algorithms) or get you to conform to the cultural norms of martyrdom and self-destructive behaviors.
For the past nine month, my team and I have been building six unique endeavors to bring Don't Die to you. To make health and vitality a little easier, more fun and hopefully your new default.
My personal time allocation has also shifted from focusing on the personal protocol to building for you; systematizing everything we've learned and preparing to move forward as a community.
Do not worry, in making this transition back into the trenches of entrepreneurship, my nighttime erections are as robust as ever. My sleep score is averaging 96% for the past six months.
I believe we are at the doorstep of the most significant revolution in human history. I think it will be more dynamic than we can imagine.
In this evolutionary step, I believe that Don't Die is the most promising path forward for us to thrive in this part of the galaxy. It is to my knowledge, the most cohesive and comprehensive plan to move forward as a species.
I know from personal experience, from hosting my Don't Die dinners for several years, that it takes 2+ hours to fully understand DD and how it rises to be equal to this moment. I'm working to scale the DD dinner format so that we can have millions of them hosted by you in the coming months. This way we can explore the future of being human together.
The societal tumult we see on a daily basis is the evidence that the old ways have done what it can to get us where we are but are not adequate to carry us forward. We need something new, fresh and original.
We will replace the old status quo with new DD economics, politics, culture, morals, ethics and religion.
DD is already the most played game by every human on this planet, every second of every day. You play DD more than any other game in life including capitalism, religion or anything else you do. DD is your zeroth order priority in every moment.

As much as I loved the Whoop, I had to retire it. We parted ways amicably. The new partner is ... the Oura. So far so good. Better pulse ox readings for me BUT not ideal to wear when punching a bag (a.k.a. imaginary enemies during a HIIT boxing class). Lesson learned!
I am growing tired of explaining to folks that Bryan Johnson is not evil. He's anything but. Take the time to learn who he is and what he wishes for our world. If we don't read beyond the headlines, our lives become just that--superficial. We can learn and share with each other a lot about living, instead of death, even if we don't always agree about everything. #DONTDIE @bryan_johnson
Recently, I've been working with people over the age of 55, and it is clear that we should start sooner to gain control of our health. Eat nutrient-dense food, prioritize quality sleep, engage in daily movement, and learn how to de-stress. You won't regret it.
Awesome list! I might reword #18 to ... There's a health food section in the grocery store that contains mostly processed food. (as it is easy to argue that the grocery store does have whole foods (the produce and meat depts - which actually SHOULD be labeled as the Health Food section instead.) :)

It's amazing how effective sprinting is! I've been doing it consistently every other day for about three weeks now and have already improved my speed and endurance. Curious to see what it does to my VO2 max over time. I've heard it is helpful to wear shoes that give you the best road-feel.
Clean up the diet. Move around. Improve mental health. Sleep! In any order. Just make progress with each passing day, and usually that blood pressure will come down quicker than most people think! I've seen it in my 84 yo mother who has extremely stiff arteries and was told that there was nothing she could do about it. This woman is in a wheelchair and has several chronic diseases and kidney failure, so I hope that provides inspiration to someone! She is living her best life now that she has empowered herself to help herself.
