Raigul #Sadyrbayeva of @Elimay_kz is in pre-trail detention for 2 mnths for "participation in mass riots" (Art.272(2) of the Criminal Code). She says that police beat & torture lots of ppl in the detention centre, she is in a cell w/t heating/electricity, no water/food/mattress.
