They call it land salmon, and it isn't a joke.

Grass-fed lamb carries the best omega ratio of any animal that walks on land. Here is what's folded into the chop.

- Nearly twice the omega-3 of beef (carried in the fat, not chased down in a capsule)
- The finest omega-6 to omega-3 ratio of any land animal (the reason it earned a fish's name)
- More CLA than beef, pork or chicken (the fat they told you to fear)
- Three times the tryptophan of beef (your body turns it into serotonin)
- All nine essential amino acids (complete protein, no combining required)
- B12, heme iron, zinc and selenium (the B12 no plant offers)
