Urgent, special appeal, please retweet to help Ozzy find a home #UK
Recently, Ozzie received a diagnosis of a progressive eye condition. He is expected to become fully blind within the next 18 months. Despite this, his spirit is strong, and he still has so much love to give. He is looking for a patient and understanding home, ideally with someone experienced with blind or sight-impaired dogs, or someone willing to learn and give him the time and support he needs.

Ozzie is an affectionate, playful and deeply engaging boy with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. Described by his foster family as a true “soul dog”, he quickly steals hearts with his cheeky charm, loving nature and joyful outlook on life. Curious and clever, he loves to be involved in whatever his people are doing and will happily follow you around the home just to be part of things.
He has a wonderfully goofy side, from his floppy ears that sometimes turn inside out to his impressive snoring once he settles down for a nap. Ozzie enjoys toys, enrichment games and puzzle activities, and he learns new routines and commands very quickly. He responds beautifully to gentle guidance and positive reinforcement, making him a rewarding dog to live and train with.
Ozzie is looking for a patient and understanding home willing to support him as he adapts to sight loss and continues learning about life in a home environment. In return, he offers endless affection, loyalty and companionship, and will make a joyful and devoted best friend to the lucky person who gives him the chance he deserves.
Could you be the person to help Ozzie feel safe, happy, and cherished as he navigates life with sight loss?

It’s hard to understand why there’s so much unwillingness to help send Lucy to #Sanctuary.
What needs to be reformed for 2024 is @CityofEdmonton’s culture & attitude to fixed vet Lucy assessments by zoo paid vets
Lucy needs #Sanctuary experts who can work to relocate her out of🇨🇦

Another successful rescue mission, giving a new life to a beautiful, intelligent elephant. @WildlifeSOS your work is incredible, and just like all these incredible giants your work is precious. What a transformation ♥️🙏
Celebrating a Decade of Transformation!
Laxmi, the colossal and intelligent elephant, has captured our hearts with her playful spirit and curiosity. Rescued from a life of begging in Mumbai 10 years ago, Laxmi's journey has been one of determination and resilience.
Her incredible food motivation made teaching her target training a breeze, as she eagerly followed behavior cues to earn her favorite treats like chickpeas and dates! But it wasn't just her love for food that amazed us. Laxmi's immense intelligence inspired us to create a specialized Elephant Ambulance during her journey to ECCC!
Over the years, Laxmi formed unbreakable bonds with her fellow rescued elephants Chanchal and Bijli, becoming the famous turbulent trio that brought joy and companionship to each other's lives.
As she completes 10 years at Wildlife SOS, our co-founder and CEO, Mr. Kartick Satyanarayan, takes us on the journey of the munchkin of Wildlife SOS!
