@CopZilla @RepKatiePorter The very first thing that first responders are taught re: altered mental status is that you NEVER assume that it's due to drugs/alcohol. Altered mental status can be an emergency and should be treated as such until the cause is certain. Why shouldn't cops have the same standard?

@BobbyBoucherJD before my grandmother died, she kept saying things alluding to her dying soon and I didn't know how to respond. Can't fault myself, but I recognize now that she was trying to talk about it because she was afraid and needed it to be out in the open. Wish I'd known how to respond

@amyyqin Somebody should be looking out for the mental and emotional status of the guy who improperly parked his truck. He accidentally killed 50 people and that's got to be devastating. I can't imagine not considering suicide after that.

@PiHoleRemote Suuuper buggy on my Mac (OS 10.15.6). Doesn't show anything in right panel in the statistics or queries tabs. Also freezes for a few seconds when I click on any tab. Using 96% of my CPU and making my laptop hot hot hot! Looking forward to its progress, though!

@NButkis51 @Orion9252 @thehill @AOC You couldn't get bachelor's degrees from comm colleges until the 90s and even now, most comm colleges are bridges to 'luxury' colleges (tho its changing). People who go to 'affordable' state schools still carry debt.

@NButkis51 @Orion9252 @thehill @AOC If we don't do smth now for the huge amt of ppl in their 30s-50s who can't save $, we're going to have worse problems when those people have mental health issues, don't have retirement, don't own homes, need federal assistance, which is already not smth this country is strong in.

This is a bad system & it's a LARGE portion of the pop who thought signing for these loans was necessary

@NButkis51 @Orion9252 @thehill @AOC I don't know what your debt is from, and I generally think our debt-encouraging culture *should* be curbed, student loans disproportionately affect generations who should now be buying homes, starting families, etc. And we can't discharge these loans by declaring bankruptcy.
