A man spends 50 years teaching at MIT.
He knows his time is running out.
So he records one last lecture — everything he knows, distilled into a single hour.
He died 5 months later.
This is that lecture.
The most important hour you'll watch this week.

Wtf is happening?
After we raised serious questions about the Jal Shakti Mission awards, a local newspaper in Barmer, Rajasthan filed an RTI seeking records of 91,000 tanks reportedly constructed under the Jal Jeevan Mission.
The district administration’s response?
They have NO RECORDS. Yes, No Records.
The same district that claimed 91,000 tanks.
The same achievement cited for national recognition.
The same administration that received an award from the President.
No files.
No documentation.
But a national honour?
If records don’t exist, on what basis was the award granted?
What data was sent to the Ministry?
Who verified the numbers before conferring recognition?
Public money. Presidential award. Zero paperwork?
Either the records exist, publish them.
Or explain how a district received national recognition without documented proof.
"Save money for their dowry, not education," people taunted their father.
But in the small village of Kasargod, Kerala, Ramseena and Risana Rasheed, twin daughters of an auto-driver, were quietly forging a different path.
As the first in their family to pursue higher education, they excelled in school, despite the pressures of child marriage prevalent in their community.
Their father always stood firm, prioritising their education over societal norms. In a remarkable feat, they aced both medical and engineering entrance exams but chose to follow their passion for engineering.
In 2017, their hard work paid off when they cracked the JEE Advanced, earning seats at top IITs—Ramseena at IIT Roorkee for Electrical Engineering and Risana at IIT Kharagpur for Aerospace Engineering.
Today, these sisters are successful engineers in Bengaluru, the first IIT graduates from their village, inspiring generations to come.

VIDEO | Cruising through city streets on a scooter with a sidecar, two octogenarian sisters from Ahmedabad have won hearts as the “Biker Dadis.”
Eighty-seven-year-old Mandakini Shah enjoys cheerful rides with her younger sister, effortlessly navigating Ahmedabad’s bustling traffic with poise and confidence, creating moments of pure joy along the way.
And when people ask what drives her passion at this age, she answers with an indomitable spirit: “Why not?”

Team of 100s, fleet of JCBs, all this to demolish just 1 house!
No this is not a demolition drive against the Drug mafia, an OGW or Terrorist, BUT A JOURNALIST.
While most of the state land in #Jammu is encroached by BJP leaders, a common man pays the price for speaking truth!
BJP IT cell is mass-reporting my account for speaking against them
Due to this mass reporting, visibility of my account has been reduced severely
I request you'll, if you come across this post, pls RT this tweet, leave a dot in comments & follow my account to show your support
Adani is MISUSING a court order to get 130+ youtube videos blocked.
He claims that all these videos are defaming him, when in fact most of them are just factually reporting news about him. I will not accept this ridiculous censorship demand and will challenge this in the court.
One the richest, most powerful & well connected businessman in the world is fighting small independent you-tubers. A man who owns one of India's biggest media conglomerates is discovering that news content creators with one camera - broadcasting from one room - have one thing ....that money cant buy.
During India's First Emergency (besides the notable exception of @IndianExpress) - it were the smaller independent publications that stood their ground & gave Indira Gandhi a tough time. Publications like #Himmat & #Pratap didn't bend despite hundreds of journalists being sent to jail & courts being a mute spectator.
Today, 50yrs down the line - as history repeats itself, we at @thedeshbhakt are proud to keep that tradition alive along with a select group of individuals. The tradition of questioning people in power & not bending to money & muscle.
On the 16th of September - a Delhi Court passed an ex-parte injunction order against nine journalists & organisations (including @paranjoygt & @t_d_h_nair) who had been regularly reporting on Adani.
While such orders have become mundane in New India - what set this apart was a 'John Doe' on the 10th defendant. This basically allowed Adani to make a list of people that IT THOUGHT was making 'defamatory content' against it - these people were not even NAMED in the defamation suit.
Now independent youtubers & publications such as @ravish_journo, @ajitanjum, @newslaundry, @dhruv_rathee, @abhisar_sharma and yours truly have been given 36 hours to delete over 200 pieces of content - without any opportunity to contest this order.
Whatever your political leanings may be - know that this is now beyond politics and this silencing will impact everyone.
We take this move as a compliment and this is testament to the power & credibility that small independent Digital Publications have been able to garner. We thank each and every member of the Deshbhakt family for their trust and support.
We do not know when OR IF the higher courts will reverse this alarming order - but we will carry on our mission to punch up, question everything & fight for our Democracy.
As for the legal angle - there is a laundry list of businessmen who tried to silence journalists using the courts - usually it didn't end very well for them.

I'm convinced that in the Church today, we need less spotlights, fog machines, formulas, celebrity culture, attachment to political power…and simply more humility and dependence on the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.
A beautiful elephant family sleeps blissfully somwhere in deep jungles of the Anamalai Tiger Reserve in Tamil Nadu. Observe how the baby elephant is given Z class security by the family. Also how the young elephant is checking the presence of other family members for reassurance. So similar to our own families isn't it

Me: Who's responsible for the situation in Manipur?
Sanghi: Outside forces.
Me: Ok, so who's responsible for controlling those outside forces?
Sanghi: Other outside forces.
Me: Then what do we have a govt for?
Sanghi: Showing solidarity with Israel and sending relief material to Palestine.
Saddened by the passing away of Bobby Charlton, one of the iconic figures of English football and a key player in the 1966 World Cup winning team. His brother Jack too was part of that very team and went on to be the coach for the Irish Republic and became a legend there as well at a time of great political troubles between the Irish and the English. The Charlton brothers were more than great footballers. They were inspiring public figures for a generation all over the world.
