Prop firms have become one of the clearest growth loops on @HyperliquidX. They bring new traders, generate consistent volume, and route flow through the native order book (often capturing builder fees).

Below is a clear breakdown of the main projects currently active or building on Hyperliquid.

1. @sizedotclub

- Status: Closed Alpha / Waitlist open (as of Aug, 2026)
- Core Idea: Built by traders who dislike traditional prop firms. Instead of long, expensive, rule-heavy evaluations, it uses a short skill-based “Trial” (≈15 minutes) against AI opponents matched to current market conditions. Win the game → get a funded “Life” account.
- Key Features:
+ Get funded in ~15 minutes after passing the Trial
Trade crypto, stocks, commodities, and indices from one account
+ Keep up to 85% of profits
Funded accounts up to $400k (per project materials)
Strong emphasis on feedback and skill improvement every run
+ Designed to feel more like a game + coaching loop than a pure challenge farm

2. @ProprXYZ
- Status: Fully live
- On-chain prop firm built on Hyperliquid (+ @Polymarket for predictions)
- Profit split: 80%
- Account sizes: $5k → $100k (aggregated up to ~$300k mentioned)
- Instant / near-instant USDC payouts on-chain
- Explicit support for bots, copy trading, and API
- Recently expanded availability to the US
- High transparency (public payouts and activity)

What worked well:
- Strong sequential momentum: Waitlist → Competition → Points/Token narrative → Affiliates
- High transparency focus (rare in the prop space)
- Explicit airdrop flywheel: points never reset + 10% of revenue buys $HYPE and is distributed weekly

- Currently one of the most mature and accessible options for traders who want to start immediately.

3. @HypernovaX
- Status: Closed alpha + competitions (raised $3M pre-seed)
- Fully on-chain settlement and payouts (often sub-10 seconds)
- Max funded account: up to $200k
- Profit split: 80% (with plans for higher via Talent Scaling)
- 1-step evaluation with different risk tiers (drawdown 6–8%, daily loss 3–5%)
- Strong focus on verifiable rules and public reserves
- Recently ran funded trader competitions and added pairs trading
- What worked: Still early; quality-over-quantity approach.
- Best known for its on-chain purity and fast automated payouts.

4. @HyperPNL
- Status: Live (earlier stage)
- Tokenless, LP-funded treasury model
- Rules and payouts governed by smart contracts
- Current max account: $25k (larger sizes planned)
- Profit split: 80%
- Instant / daily on-chain USDC payouts
- 2-phase challenge with clear drawdown rules
- Interesting because of its pure protocol/LP design rather than a traditional company-backed firm.

5. @hyper_stack
- Status: Live (scaled evaluation model)
- Non-custodial: you trade on your own Hyperliquid account
- Performance is mirrored into a simulated scaled account
- Scale up to $400k
- Rewards split: up to 90%
- 1-step challenge (typically 10% target)
- Payouts are performance-based rewards settled on-chain
- More of a “scaled simulation + rewards” model than classic funded capital allocation.

6. @carrotfunding
- Status: Live (primarily on Arbitrum / gTrade)
- Fully on-chain and verifiable prop firm
- Max funding: up to $50K–$100K
- Profit split: 80%
- Challenge model: 1-phase or 2-phase evaluation
- Strong focus on transparency, every rule calculation, capital movement, and payout is verifiable on-chain
- Currently live on Gains Network (gTrade). Hyperliquid support was previously listed as “coming soon”
- Differentiator: High emphasis on cryptographic verifiability and A-book/B-book labeling for funded traders
- Note: While it was mentioned in earlier Hyperliquid prop firm discussions, it is not yet a native Hyperliquid firm. It remains more of an adjacent on-chain prop firm.

7. @foxifytrade
- Status: Live + Automated FUNDED accounts in beta on Hyperliquid
- Positions itself as a 100% A-book onchain prop trading layer
- Offers instant funded accounts (no traditional multi-phase evaluation in the main product)
- Scale: Start with a deposit and get funded up to 100x your capital (up to ~$10K currently highlighted)
- Profit split: up to 80%
- Standout feature: Automated FUNDED accounts already running in beta on Hyperliquid
- Recent stats shared by the team: multiple accounts in profit, promotions happening, and zero drawdown breaches on automated accounts so far
- Also supports other venues (Orderly Network, etc.)

* Bottom line
Prop firms are turning skilled (but undercapitalized) traders into consistent volume generators.

The ones succeeding are those that reduce friction, increase transparency, and align incentives with the Hyperliquid order book.
