@TerrillPetersen @jasonkredline My guess new Mexico or Wyoming or unr are ok paying a good chunk of the normal exit fee, are accepting less and the PAC will cover any extra they don't win after the next lawsuit

@TerrillPetersen @jasonkredline The logical explanation is that the PAC has another mountain West team lined up (not UNLV) and wants to settle the 150 million dollar lawsuit in arbitration, before they announce so that they get the best deal. Then will split with exit fees after the team sues

Probably wouldn't pivot to pivot if we don't land our target. Adames, bellinger, bregman all seem like reasonable rumors even if we bow out

Their plan B is Texas state

Texas state is leaking this for a reason. My guess it its to up the PACs final best offer and to put an artificial time limit on them. Deadlines spur action
