@askesure extremely disappointed with the customer service from yourselves. I am out of pocket now due to being unable to get hold of you over the phone and email. Please can you let me know your complaints process so that I can formally make a complaint?
@askesure Can you let me know the number of a team that doesn’t finish at 5pm? Thank you for sending the complaint over but as you can imagine I have very little hope that I will be contacted as I have been waiting 2 weeks and not heard back
@askesure I understand that but the fact that no one is getting back feels like good service is not being provided. I unfortunately will have to escalate my complaint now due to having absolutely no means of contact from anyone at Esure to confirm anything in this process
@askesure Hi Dawn, I requested a call back and have emailed and heard nothing. It’s been nearly two weeks since I’ve spoken to someone, please can you tell me why it’s so difficult to get a response?
@askesure I missed a call regarding a claim yesterday and I have tried ringing back 7 times with no answer. Please can someone call me back? Thanks, Zoë Robson
@NHSBSA_OHS Hi, my boyfriend and I both applied for GHIC cards on 27th February and still have not received them. We go on holiday soon please could you check where those are up to please? We both received a confirmation email saying that our applications were successful. Thanks!
I just found out that if you text ‘HOME’ to 741741 when you are feeling depressed or suicidal, a crisis counselor will text you. This is super important for people who don’t like talking on the phone. AND, it’s free. Pls RT to help someone, you never know who needs it. ❤️
Lost my dad to that bastard Covid this morning, three months after losing mum. If I see anyone else saying it’s just a scam, it’s about government control I won’t hold back. It’s fucking real. Rest easy Dad 💙💙
BrewDog was the world's first company to offer pawternity leave.
When one of our team members gets a puppy or adopts a dog they get a fully paid week off to help their new family member settle in.
So far 124 dogs have been adopted; that is 620 days of paid leave.
