@HotelSchoolScot students @Parkhill375 school made some delish raspberry and lemon meringue pie. Making their own pastry, lemon curd and meringue. Baked in the oven like gran would do it.

The programme is run for the duration of the school term and it’s aim to educate the students about the hotel industry and to teach essential skills of working within a hotel
