I'm still running on fumes from a 4am arrival Monday, but also feeling more energized than I’ve been all year.

Last week our global @Directus team met up in Sardinia, and wow. Just… wow.

Sure, the island was stunning (top 5 sunsets, easily), but what really hit wasn’t the scenery. It was the togetherness.

Laughing, sharing food, jumping in the salty sea, talking about life, working side by side. All the small, human moments that remind you why we do what we do.

Directus has always been global by design. We believe talent is everywhere, and that you don’t need four walls to build something extraordinary.

But every now and then, you step into the same room as each other and feel the heartbeat behind the work.

And the timing couldn’t have been better. We’re heading into the end of the year with so much ready to launch – things we’ve been building toward for a long time.

This week refueled us exactly when we needed it. The energy coming out of Sardinia? Unreal.

Huge love to everyone who made it happen, and to our crew who showed up from every corner of the world with such positive energy.
