My bare bones #BART app made it to the App Store. https://t.co/EHogoThZrO
In 2016 I wrote it for Ubuntu Touch.
In 2018 I migrated it to Android.
Kept the UX, added polish for iOS.
Open source, no ads, analytics, etc.

Are you doing cool things with Erlang, Elixir, and LaunchDarkly? Interested in talking about it at a conference? The @CodeBEAMio CFP is open until 16 January. Submit your idea, if it gets accepted we will provide coaching and support. https://t.co/Z4BR437EG2
I've been slowly working on https://t.co/G5gmDs0rrF in spare time. I want answers to common queries without loading a search engine page/ads/tracking/etc. but it's very small right now (dictionary, Wikipedia, units...)
All open source https://t.co/aHmG4ItOQT - written in #erlang
Just for fun, I updated DuckDuckGo instant answers API client in #erlang - https://t.co/fj6W3cykRq - it now uses rebar3 and a tagged version of httpclient (wrapper for pooling persistent connections), which I also updated, and latest stable version of ninenines/gun.
I used to think large scale facial recognition AI stuff wasn’t unethical, it was just a waste of money, because haha, that will never work.
Nowadays I understand the unethical part is people will use it *even though* it doesn’t work.
This is my @BLCKVC story:

Hello @DreamHostCare I can't log in to panel, I can't submit a ticket that I can't log in. Because it looks like in both cases you have locked your website behind Google recaptcha. Are there any plans to remove this anti-feature?
Joe was one of the most intelligent people. But when he talked, you never felt out of touch. His attention to simplicity was inspiring. This is very rare in software development. Try #Erlang to see why. RIP #rememberingjoe
Just remember cries of :
"Why the ***** does my program not work"
Are a good sign. It means the crier has some expectation of how things should work -- cries of :
"How the ***** does this work" are more alarming. It can mean the crier
hasn't a clue what's going on.
