Karena banyak orang keuangannya ga naik2 karena kebiasaan mengelola keuangannya yang buruk.

Misal, baru punya 100juta langsung beli mobil harga 100juta. Itu harganya belinya gak 100juta. Tp 215juta.

Kok bisa? Karena bayangin si 100juta ditaro di saham/reksadana, dapet 8% setahun, maka 10 tahun (usia mobilnya rusak) bisa jadi 215juta dengan compounding interest. Kan opportunity cost analysis. Jika ditaroh di X, hasilnya gimana dibanding ditaroh di Y?
