I worked a job I hated for almost 4 years because I couldn’t get a job in my field. My mental health was the worst it has ever been. I was at an all-time low, and I couldn't get out of that headspace. I felt like a failure.

I interviewed for a job in my field back in May. Just that interview changed my perspective. Everything started shifting. My mental health got better. I started caring about my future again. I got a call in July, and I got the job! I became excited to get out of bed. I’m back at the gym. I’m working towards getting my body back. I’ve lost 10lbs so far. I feel like myself again after all of these years.
I’m happy.

It gets better. It will just take time
