Make a goal - today I'm going to make my player jump. Now you just get an achievement

Remove distraction - turn off your phone remove unnecessary apps.

Go out - if you feel stuck take a break to go out do something you love.

@ArcaniteCCG Our brain works with an achievement system. if you win something your brain loves it and ask you to do more. If you do something that doesn't turn anything your brain asks you to stay away from that thing because it makes your stress level go up.

@ArcaniteCCG If you're a solo developer most challenging thing is to keep the momentum in the whole project. Because if you didn't earn from it you will most likely discourage after a few months.

To me most challenging part it overcomes laziness and distraction from other work.
