Thinking of my friend John Ashbridge’s & his family as today marks 4 years since his passing. His work behind the mic is legendary as was his work in the community, especially with @RoyalColumbian.
Last pic is of Ash & my mom, both big supporters of #RCH ❤️

@JasonBeck82 If some disaster should strike Vancouver, is BC Place still available as part of the city's emergency preparedness response –– for example, as a place of refuge?
Gotta love it when you walk into a @loblawco owned store to buy something and they won't sell it to you... because they've closed out their tills 40 minutes before closing.
Who in #bced supports my campaign to remove our phone numbers and e-mail addresses from the TRB database? They currently require these.
They obviously can't use them reliably to our benefit anyways.
Similar thing happened to me, 30+ years teaching. Junk email went out in Nov 2024, finally notified in May and was fingerprinted the next week. After 25 e-mails later, I was "cleared" on Sep 3rd.
The process is ridiculous.

@ScotiabankHelps Please update your web site noted here as the birthdate is now 2006-01-01 for BCTESG eligibility, based on the 2016 BC Budget. Your page references "on or after January 1, 2007" pending that 2016 decision.

"British government recommending UK residents taking a daily vitamin of 10mg during this period."
This should read "µg" (microgram) not "mg" (milligram), as mentioned correctly in the subsequent paragraph.
There's a 1000x difference.
I challenge @GlobalBC to fact-check on Christy Clark's recent comments about oil tanker traffic on BC's coast. There are NO tankers travelling 12.5 miles offshore (in Hecate Strait). Journalistic Integrity! Hint: look at https://t.co/GBwRqDrQXP

The @engadget headline speaks of a 6-month offer –– but the copy says differently: "Once the three-month period ends, the plan renews at the standard $13 per month".

@parallels Not too long ago, this @parallels one-time software was under $100CAD and upgrades were under $40, with no subscription options in sight. Now it's over $280 and upgrades are a "deal" at $70. The meteoric increase in price certainly does match its "expanded" feature set. Pass!
