@PlanetarySeed Open source will be good enough for most tasks soon, with edge/novelty/innovation requiring frontier models. Eventually frontier will be for science/large scale management/infrastucture. But for most uses for most people, open source distributed/decentralized.

@Scobleizer @RoKhanna Reality is that there’s no longer a reason other than inertia for Tech dev to be physically concentrated in a given region. I live nearby to SV but I could also be in El Salvador and it would make no difference to my work. SV is an idea at this point. An old paradigm concept.
