The FSB has officially put Pavel Durov on its international wanted list, charging him with facilitating terrorist activity.

The reasoning behind this is peak comedy. The agency claims that Ukrainian intelligence used "Daivinchik" (also known as Leo)—an incredibly popular, trashy Telegram dating bot—to recruit Russians for sabotage.

According to their data, since "July 2025" (either the FSB has acquired a time machine or their typos are getting ahead of them), they have detained 46 people aged between 12 and 22. The suspects are accused of arson, attacking security forces, and other crimes.
