Your bullets do go where your reticle is aimed, but your too smooth brained to figure that out. Ill explain it like your a retard because we'll you are. Bullets come from guns, your pov is over the right shoulder of your player, your reticle is in the middle of your screen, your gun is on the left of your screen, if your bullets come from your gun your pov will have the bullets go at a slightly right angle. The further away from your gun the less of an angle it will look like on your pov. If changed so your bullets come out of the middle of your screen you could shoot around cover with out showing yourself. Then you will bitch you go shot through the wall. Do you see the problem there? Its not outdated its common sense which i can see you lack
