@12au134 I think you meant 9am. Before the final starts

So is this robot system for IVs all within a closed area? #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

When the robot rides the elevator how does it know when to get off? #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

I've never had any experience with these ATM like dispensers. Any opinions about them? #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@09au1347 VERY! #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@12au88 I don't think it will happen in the "near future," but I do think we are heading more and more towards automation #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@12au35 At CVS this is the drop-off tech's job, but it can be hard to keep up with pts bringing in rx's, fax machine, & e-rx #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@12au33 I would think it could actually make it easier to maintain HIPPA. The e-rx system can only be accessed in the pharmacy #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@09au740 If I understand correctly, MD or nurses have a password or finger print type requirement to enter an rx #hspop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@09au537 or that they send it and expect it to be ready in the 5 minutes it takes the patient to get to us #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@12au142 I agree. When you aren't filling many rx's the cost-benefit doesn't seem enough. CVS only puts them in high volume stores #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@09au7274 a lot seem to only know how to do the basics in my experience. which means techs are picking up a lot of extra work #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@12au62 a lot of doctor's will tell you that med school is actually the reason they have such bad hand writing

[12au39 @12au39]

@TA_5310 thank you for putting this in such a simple understandable explanation. It has always confused me!

[12au39 @12au39]

@12au55 @09au497 I absolutely agree! #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@12au123 I think we may see this happen at some point in our careers. What do you think? #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

@12au96 they're are still mistakes with typed prescriptions. Just different kinds.

[12au39 @12au39]

@12au28 definitely true. At least with eRx you can usually tell what they were aiming for and just have to re-type #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

A slip- the problem is in the execution. A mistake- the problem is in the plan #hsop2012

[12au39 @12au39]

finally got connected. this assignment is guaranteed to get interesting. #hsop2012
