[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@13au0074 #hsop2013 We can also use centralized EHR data and do some analysis in population-based level http://t.co/y5HkVutONQ like ADR

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@13au0079 @13au0095 #hsop2013 Agree. But it's problematic b/c you have to deal with patient confidentiality and not all EHR are standardized

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@13au0048 #hsop2013 Pharmacists can take advantage of this opportunity and provide pharmaceutical care e.g., MTM services

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@13au0100 #hsop2013. I agreed. However, it heavily depends on the quality of the documentation. In other words, how pharmacists document it

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@13au0011 Unauthorized users are not allowed to access to identifiable patient information at the first place. #hsop2013.

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@13au0011 It's about patient confidentiality eg. name, age, sex, and SSN. So we have HIPAA. See this website http://t.co/89uS2N6O15

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@13au0130 @13au0110 and also hospital expenditures (around $5.6 million each year per hospital) http://t.co/0IHCPWC5T5 #hsop2013

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@13au0004 don't forget to include #hsop2013

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@12au29 just ask, are you going to do pre- and post-test for pharmacy expenditures? just wondering how do you determine cost saving#hsop2012

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@12au59 I'm glad to hear that!

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@12au93 @12au88 and we also the ones who provide pharmaceutical care to patients (like MTM).

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@12au68 check this out. http://t.co/I9oSCbUc

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@12au91 it should be #hsop2012 (not #happy2012). You may need to tweet again.

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@12au66 agreed. And people are trying to improve the IVR algorithm. Check this article http://t.co/Z3Zt38bW #hsop2012

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@12au27 it should be #hsop2012 (not 2010)

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@12au39 you're very welcome! #hsop2012

[TA 5310 @TA_5310]

@12au134 @12au114 in short, we use p value to determine if there is difference between two groups (p>0.05= no difference;p<0.05 =difference)
