@12go@quantumfiber I received a message that my Internet may be down and it might be fixed in 24 hours or maybe 36 hours. Fortunately, it's not down at all, but 24-36 hours? Did I make a mistake switching to an unreliable service?
@KwiksetCorp@12go My Halo started a continuous alarm sound that wouldn't stop. Removed batteries and re-installed. Started again. App was unresponsive. Tested batteries (low) and replaced. Works now. Been installed less than a month. Is this normal?
@TMobileHelp I sent the Gateway back because it was very slow. Now I see my phone I'net is very slow also. Discover they "are working on the tower". Had I known that, I wouldn't have sent the GW back. Your "experts" aren't very.
It gets worse: CL txtd that the problem is fixed (it isn't) and if I'm not around when the tech shows up it'll cost $99. T-Mobile will set me up with 5G and the equipment is here in 2 days at no charge for 15 days.

@CenturyLinkHelp@12go Had Internet speed problem. Tech was dispatched for sometime between 8 and 4, 4 days later. Made problem worse, but no way to get to anyone to fix it. Finally, started another chat today and another dispatch next week (8-4). Time to look at T-Mobile.

1. Run custmr through 45 mins of hoops.
2. Decide tech visit is needed scheduled 3 days later.
3. Fix prblm 2 hrs ltr and text 1 hr after that "An outage." Will be worked on.

@WinkSupport We've asked for capability to operate offline because of the brittleness of your servers. Are you considering this now that you have a revenue stream? There is no good reason that I need to go to the servers for local actions.
