Your hip might be overloading your lower back 😳🦴
Many people feel lower back pain, sciatic tension, or spinal discomfort without realizing that the problem can start with a lack of hip mobility 👀
When the hip doesn't move well, the lower back ends up overcompensating for movements, generating more overload, muscle tension, and even nerve compression ⚠️
The exercises in the video help to 👇🏻
✅ Improve hip mobility
✅ Activate glutes and stabilize the lower back
✅ Reduce compensations and tension in the spine
✅ Promote sciatic nerve mobilization
Science already shows that people with lower back pain usually present limited hip mobility and low glute activation 🧠
⚠️ Important:
Each case is unique. If you feel severe pain or have a herniated disc, seek a professional before performing the movements.
Save this video and send it to someone who is always complaining about lower back pain 🫶🏻🐡

Javier Bardem says he still can’t believe he’s married to Penélope Cruz

"She’s a woman I feel blessed to have met at the right time in life”
“She’s amazingly f*cking beautiful!”

Aida Garifullina - Ave Maria (Schubert)

Dave Asprey just made me want to rip out every light bulb in my house.
He revealed that the US basically made traditional incandescent bulbs illegal to sell last year (with fines up to $440 per bulb for companies that break the rule), forcing everyone toward harsh, bright white LEDs and fluorescent lights that quietly mess with your brain, cause brain fog, and accelerate aging.
Studio lighting in particular is brutal. Asprey wears special glasses on set that block the toxic part of blue light, and he swears the difference in how his brain feels at the end of the day is massive.
His simple fix? Ditch the harsh blue light. Use warm 2700K bulbs, add dimmer switches, and get as close as possible to the old incandescent glow your body actually likes. He stocked up on thousands of incandescent bulbs right before they became illegal to sell.
(Note: While selling incandescent bulbs is now banned in the US and similar phase-outs have happened in the EU, Canada, and other countries, owning and using the ones you already have is still perfectly legal.)
Have you switched to warmer lighting at home yet, or are you still living under harsh cool-white LEDs? Noticed any difference in energy or mental clarity?
You can now get your blood work at cost.
We launched a biomarkers testing platform.
I make $0 on it.
Blood testing needs to be more accessible. Instead, we wait until we get sick. And in the meantime, companies profit when you’re sick. It's messed up.
> get tested
> find what needs attention
> implement protocols
> test again
Get ahead of unwelcome surprises.
Here's a group of young Russians, it appears, singing, in English, the Orthodox Paschal troparion, according to an Appalachian melody. It's really something else.
