We @1Password are listening...and care.
Geoffrey got fixed up by our support team but how do we prevent these situations in the first place?
Today we're announcing a big step in the right direction.
See this reddit post for more info.

@caret2t Hello! We’ll need to take a look at your 1Password account and subscription details to help with this.
Could you email us at [email protected] from the email address tied to your 1Password account? The team can review what’s happening and help from there.
@sipacid Thanks for letting us know! We haven’t been able to reproduce this on our end yet.
Could you share which version of 1Password you’re using, along with your OS version? That’ll help us narrow down what’s happening.
@_vxylon Hi there, we're sorry you’ve been waiting that long. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.
Could you send us a DM with the email address you wrote in from or your Support ID? We can take a look and help make sure your message is with the right team.

Hey Kevin! We're sorry you haven't heard back from us yet. We do read and reply to every email we receive, and the team works through requests in the order they come in.
If it’s been more than 48 hours since you wrote in and you haven’t heard back, send us a DM with the email address you used and we can help flag it with the team.
Thrilled to have Katya Laviolette in the room.
Some people lead HR departments. Katya redesigns how entire organizations think, work, and grow, and has been doing it for over 30 years across some of the most complex environments imaginable.
As Chief People Officer at @1Password, she's navigating what it looks like to build a human-centric culture inside a company literally built around privacy and trust.
That intersection between security, people, and culture is one of the freshest angles entering our CHRO conversation right now. Add to that her depth in M&A, global rewards, organizational effectiveness, and culture change across companies like @RioTinto, @Bombardier, @CBCRadioCanada, and @CNRailway.
Excited to hear the insights of someone who has seen the full spectrum of people leadership at scale.
The conversations inside Future of Work Leaders are already rich, honest, and grounded in real people-leader experience, and Katya's perspective is exactly what makes this community worth being part of.
If you're a C-level people leader shaping the future of work, employee experience, or leadership, and you want a community that actually reflects your level, join us by requesting an invite here: https://t.co/KKgpiDe7mz

1Password Unified Access has been named a winner in the 2026 Fortress Cybersecurity Awards, in the category of Non-Human Identity (NHI) Management.
"Congratulations to 1Password. As AI agents move into production, they gave security teams something essential: the ability to discover, secure, and audit access for people, machines, and AI agents alike. This recognition highlights a team that is not just keeping pace with the threat landscape, but helping define what meaningful defense looks like."
- Russ Fordyce, Chief Recognition Officer, @BigAwards

Of 8,000+ apps @okta analyzed in their 2026 "Businesses at Work" report, 1Password showed the highest industry-level growth of any security tool. 370% year-over-year growth.
Here is what’s driving it. 91% of orgs Okta surveyed are using AI agents, but most are still in early or limited deployment, not because they don't want to move faster, but because the identity problem is unsolved.
Agents don't have traditional identities and the existing access tools weren't built for them. The result is over-privileged agents, limited auditability, and real exposure risk.
1Password has been moving fast to close that gap: https://t.co/mtGQ821cni

Hi there! Phishing emails like this are often sent to large lists of email addresses gathered from unrelated sources, hoping some of the people who receive them happen to use 1Password.
That said, we’d like to take a look at what you received. Please forward the email to [email protected] so our team can review it and work on getting it reported.

@kuri_marron_ Hi there! If you’re using 1Password on Windows, Windows Hello can make this a lot smoother so you don’t need to enter your 1Password account password as often.
Here’s how to set it up: https://t.co/4ngUt2WTDs
