@USronaldcarter I think it’s run under the legislative branch as they created the federal reserve but since there’s such deep divide and no one agrees to anything no one will agree to fire anyone. I could be wrong but that’s what I gathered
If the courts actually take the case and hear it, then you don’t know. The birthright citizen case and abortion rights seems unlikely for the courts to hear the case and yet they have which means they have standing and merit to be heard. Maybe they won’t take it, but to say you “KNOW” is why were have courts.
@FiveBarPipes@rawsalerts I don’t see it passes through the SC but maybe they will hijack the idea of the lgbtq ideology taught in school and the SC decision where parents can opt out of that curriculum. It came out of nowhere but right after that SC decision
This will go to the Supreme Court so we’ll see. Texas is NOT going to make this law without knowing they have a case to present. I understand your thoughts, and I agree we are a religious freedom country. I think their “spin” is that we can also teach what Americans values are. I don’t know which is why this is interesting
