🔐 COSIC Course 2026 speaker announcement!
Cyprien Delpech de Saint Guilhem (Head of Research & Development at @3miLabs) will be speaking about "Computing on Encrypted data".
Registration is open: https://t.co/0LFE5yEatT
It’s official: Please refer to @mysterymeat as Dr. Boris Dyakov from now on! 🎓✨
That said, please remember he is our Head of Growth, so do not ask him to look at a weird rash, he will just look confused. 😂
Our Co-founder and Head of Research, @diego_aligned, gave a talk about our RISC-V zkVM, a collaboration between @class_lambda, @3milabs, and @alignedlayer, at zkSummit in Rome.
The talk describes our proposal, showcasing a very minimalistic codebase.
One ISA, One Lookup Argument, One Memory Model.
The goal is to make the zkVM easy to understand and easy to audit, using the same philosophy behind @ethrex_client, the execution client developed by @class_lambda.
Stay tuned for more updates.
Today at zkSummit 14 in Rome, @diego_aligned gave a talk on Lambda VM, a minimal post-quantum zero-knowledge virtual machine built by @class_lambda, @3miLabs, and @alignedlayer.
He walked the audience through where the zkVM space stands today, what problem Lambda VM is trying to solve, how it is designed, how it handles memory and proofs, how recursion works, and what the team is currently shipping.
It was a pleasure to have Diego represent the team on that stage.
Newly appointed COSIC professor Yunwen Liu gave her inaugural lecture today on “Security and Privacy Challenges in Distributed Ledger Technologies.”
We’re delighted to officially welcome Yunwen to the COSIC team!

Excited to welcome Boris Dyakov (@mysterymeat) as our new Head of Growth! Boris joins us after two years at Aligned (ZK & Ethereum infra) and has deep roots in DeSci. We’re excited for the impact his Web3 and scientific expertise will bring. Welcome aboard, Boris!
Update time:
I’m joining @3miLabs as the Head of Growth!
3MI Labs is a leading research group that partners with teams working on the frontiers of cryptography and distributed systems.
With deep expertise across post-quantum, privacy, ZK/MPC/FHE, consensus, and algorithms, I’m excited to be joining this team of world-class computer scientists with a track record of delivering tangible real world results.
My focus will be connecting teams with research questions across these topics (+more) with our team of experts.
After nearly two years at @alignedlayer I’m happy to be transitioning to this new role within the @ergodicgroup. I owe a huge thanks to @fede_intern and @rj_aligned for the opportunity to work on Aligned and to learn so much about Ethereum and ZK.
I’m also really glad I’ll still get to work with my brilliant colleagues in some capacity (3MI is currently co-designing a new zkVM with Aligned 👀)
I’m hitting the ground running and looking forward to catching up with old friends (and meeting new ones!) next week at EthCC. If you or someone you know has any cryptography research problems keeping you up at night I would love to talk :-)
Coinbase just gave agents wallets. But wallets don't solve the real problem.
AI agents will execute millions of micro-actions per day. No blockchain, no matter how fast, can handle a separate on-chain transaction for every single one.
We built @0x4Mica. Agents transact instantly with cryptographic guarantees, and settlement happens later in batches. Thousands of micro-payments, one on-chain transaction.
In this demo, I'm streaming a video, and each data chunk is paid for in real-time. Watch what happens when I switch from 4Mica credit to raw on-chain payments, and then ask to be switched back.
Same stream. Same operator. Completely different experience.
cryptography is the heart and soul of blockchains, the same way quantum mechanics is to modern physics.
remove it, and the entire model of reality collapses. keep pushing it forward, and entirely new worlds become possible.
spukhaft.
Couldn't agree more. The correct approach is to properly define the research you need and have a company like @3miLabs execute it for you -- for exactly as long as the research part requires -- while your team focuses on core engineering and business expansion
