I’ve had some frustrating transactions in the past, but nothing tops dealing with @TfL contactless customer service. Really quite unbelievable how you’re happy enough to not deal with customer complaints.

Hey @TfL! I’m having to resort to airing my complaint here, as your customer service online and over the phone have proven futile at resolving my issue for the past couple of months now. I had overpaid @TfL via my contactless card and apple pay dating back Feb and March this year

Despite sending statements screenshot evidences, and multiple follow-ups, your customer service couldn’t even get back to me with an acknowledgment, let along a resolution.

In England NHS car parking fees for nurses were reintroduced by Tory MPs from the 1sr April.

72 NHS trusts are charging nurses for parking.

Nurses paying as much as £1300 a year to be able to park, to care for the sick, elderly & vulnerable.

MPs get their parking for free.

1/2 Watching ‘I Just Killed my Dad’ on Netflix and was dumbfounded at how much impact asking the right questions has, in attempting to understand social (criminal) issues. Questions such as ‘why do you abuse your family’, as opposed to ‘why did you stay despite the abuse’
