Humanity feels like a dumb mouse stuck in a maze of humanity's progress where the shortcut is compute and so many people are pushing in other directions like figuring out everything by hand instead of just pushing all our efforts into compute.

I don't think there is a world where we have too many chips. Compute has been growing endlessly with the compute companies like NVDA growing endlessly. There is no such thing as too much compute.

Enough compute means robot doctors, robot hospitals... Better games, better prediction of reality better cure for desease, better scientific research. There's never an oversupply of chips there's only an undersupply of power.
