@ronhynesfan 2 - 3 eggs
2 blocks of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar (we use powdered stevia for baking)
And sometimes a few drops of maple extract
Pour into regular muffin cups and bake at 300 for about 25 minutes.
@MeTheAngryCat@CaryKelly11 Technically it is not part of the diet, HOWEVER imho, if it’s something that brings you joy, as long as it’s not in excess, I don’t see a problem with it! For some people it’s a cup of coffee, or a piece of fruit, etc. If you’re miserable, you won’t stick with it.
@CaryKelly11 For me it’s sorting out oxalate dumping from other possible issues after almost a year of struggling - and listening to so many “complain” about a only few days/weeks of symptoms before feeling like a superhero!
@Deb_Veik @Shaz_If@CaryKelly11 I just got a 5 gallon bucket of raw milk from an Amish farmer about an hour north of me. No pesticides, no hormones, no garbage. I paid $35.😍
@Impactingright @jk94643038 @SpringSteps Im ok with waiting but often wonder about my part - I am an introvert by nature and happy to stay home most of the time. I imagine the right man having to come knock on my door, or find me in the grocery store…and in case he is reading this, I shop
the perimeter 😉
@jk94643038 @elpescador93422 I have been surprised as well. I’ve found that “Christian” in a man’s profile often means “I believe in God” and doesn’t go much further 🫤
