@EE that's after a hub reset and an hour on chat to an agent that blamed me, tried to get the customer form to resolve. tried to end chat then said wait 3 days. Wait 3 days to have sub contract speeds. Not impressed.

@EE I'm contractual promised a minimum of 425Mbps and expect to get around 500Mbps. I get sub 50. You told me to wait 3 days and consult the forum. When it did get a little faster but still over 100Mbps below contract level. Refused to get a manger to call me
