@makemytripcare @makemytrip Chasing for refund like this is really frustrating. You guys have all the details, but still the consumer has to chase for the refund, that too for flights which are cancelled by the airlines. Need resolution and refund of ₹5426 for my Booking ID: NN7AIYFO96143222117

@makemytrip I have a cancelled flight from Amman to Cairo scheduled for 8th May 2026. The flight was rescheduled by more than 24 hours and accordingly cancellation was raised. I have been unnecessarily charged and cancellation fee of ₹3500 and Airline cancellation fee of ₹444.

I am referring here for my flight from Mumbai to Cairo for 1st May 2026 (Booking ID: NN7AIYFO96143222117), for which I paid a sum of ₹41308. But I have received refund of ₹35882 only. Flight was cancelled by the airlines and I need refund of remaining sum of ₹5426.

Again a similar experience with MMT. My onward flight from Mumbai to Cairo flights are cancelled by airline for May 1st. I had paid a sum of ₹41,308/- for the flights but getting a refund of ₹35,882/-. Another similar instance of being charged unnecessarily. Need a full refund.

I had one more flight scheduled for this trip, which was from Mumbai to Cairo. The flights were cancelled by the airlines and again I can see that deductions are applied. I had paid ₹41,308/- for the flights but refund is ₹35,882/-. I need full refund.
