#LightsOutNYC legislation was just PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the @NYCCouncil! Int. 271 & 274 will significantly reduce lighting from buildings owned and used by the City during peak migration from 11pm-6am, helping to prevent the 230,000 bird collisions that happen in NYC annually!
