@IndiGo6E I had flights to Ahm to RPR on 12/12 and RPR to Ahm on 16/12. Due to ongoing situation I have cancelled my travel plan. I am offered a full refund for Ahm to RPR flight but partial refund only for return.. request to provide full refund for return

I had booked cab after calling your CC number and was assured cab within 30 mins.. so I booked online and paid advance.. after 45 mins of that someone calls from your company and says now it will take 45mins

And while all this is going on.. we get calls and WhatsApp messages from random cab providers offering direct booking... someone from your office seems to be diverting business to cab providers by sharing ride details n psngr numbers
