Great result for our client from £1.8m up to £2.2m, exchanged in 6 weeks. Dead chuffed.

Vendor is now disputing my 1.5% (+VAT) fee. #ffs

Me: “that’s a very specific number, are you aware that it’s OIEO £1m?”

“I thought a strange number might make it look considered. Can you put it to them and see what they say?”🤦‍♂️

Re: today’s so-called scoop in the Dundee Courier. On 20th of May last year, me and my Director of Onions had a 4-hour Midori-fuelled game of topless Kabaddi with some relatively close friends. While I remain satisfied it was a work event I apologise to anyone somehow offended.
