@deepwebslinger "Soon" has a receipt problem. Musk said first human vision implants were 6 to 12 months away in June 2025. That window closed around June 2026. Blindsight does have FDA Breakthrough status (Sept 2024), but no human implant has been made public yet.
@Cyborg21 Fellow Canadian here. Your "the BCI detects my intent to speak, so nothing leaks out" answer is the clearest thing anyone in the trial has said about the biggest fear people have with speech implants. Thanks for answering everyone. Rooting for you.
Neuralink Blindsight: Musk said first human vision implants were 6 to 12 months out. That was June 2025. As of Oct 11, 2026, none is public. The "blind cat Kaya" story? Fake, from look-alike sites. Real program, behind schedule.

An Albertan in Neuralink's speech trial is answering strangers' questions on X with his mind. Kenneth Shock got the 2nd VOICE implant in Jan 2026. No speed or accuracy numbers are public. One man's account, not a trial result.

@Primrose771646 Worth the fine print: installs START in early 2027, American gave no finish date, and regional American Eagle jets aren't in the plan. And "up to 1 Gbps" is per terminal, shared by everyone on board.
@AsFoundX The hybrid part is the real story. SpaceX's own FCC filing says the 800 MHz plan relies on radios on towers and rooftops. Those aren't built yet, and the FCC still has to approve the transfer. Signed deal, not a carrier launch.
🚀🌊 A month in Western Australia. A front-row view of Starship’s next chapter.
SpaceX’s Starship Recovery team spent weeks gathering critical re-entry data ahead of Starship V3’s debut flight, tracking the vehicle’s journey from Texas toward the Indian Ocean.
Watching the world’s largest rocket attempt re-entry from up close is the kind of experience most engineers only dream about.
Every flight creates data. Every failure creates lessons. And every lesson shapes the next Starship. 🔥🌌

American Airlines says Starlink is going on all 1,030+ mainline jets. The receipts: installs start early 2027, no finish date, and regional jets aren't included. A fleet commitment, not Wi-Fi on your flight this winter. #Starlink https://t.co/CyI8pipsFx
250 posts. Hundreds of hours. Incredible AI thumbnails, crashes, rebuilds, and a hell of a lot of perseverance. This was no Fucking Cakewalk. Here's the real story.

🚀🔥 Falcon Heavy’s signature move: two boosters coming home together. After helping power a heavy payload toward space, its two side boosters separate and descend independently, targeting landing zones on the ground. Watching both boosters touch down almost simultaneously is a stunning demonstration of precision guidance, controlled propulsion, and SpaceX’s reusable-rocket technology. ♻️🛰️
🇰🇷 S.Korea FSD Lite #017
⚙️ FSD v14 lite (2026.20.7.5)
☀️ Daytime · Seoul City Driving
🏘️ Narrow Alleys · Heavy Traffic
✅ PASS · 0 Intervention
I decided to give FSD a serious stress test in the middle of Seoul.
🎥 Clip 1: A narrow alley with no lane markings and an oncoming car. FSD calmly made room, passed it smoothly, and kept going.
🎥 Clip 2: An even tougher one — a tiny alley intersection packed with pedestrians and cars all mixed together. FSD carefully read the situation and completed the right turn safely.
Situations like these used to feel like obvious edge cases for autonomous driving.
But in bright daytime conditions, crowded and chaotic Seoul streets are starting to feel less like “edge cases” for FSD — and more like just another road. 👀👏
