But it’s in the Border Security section, meaning the aim is to make the river more dangerous to improve its barrier capacity. Not humanist.

@PDXorax @AndrewYang As far as I can tell, the Rio Grande proposal = better protect the watershed such that the river grows and becomes a stronger “natural boundary.” I.e. @AndrewYang wants to make it harder/farther for people to swim across, which is already not an uncommon way for people to die.
