After speaking to the incredible @Iberia team at @HeathrowAirport, we finally get home just to find out that our car seat has been left at Heathrow. It’ll be a long time before I fly @British_Airways long haul.

Once we arrive back to @Dulles_Airport , we find out that @British_Airways forgot to rebook our daughter, and therefore my wife. We are begging anyone we can to get them a boarding pass to our final destination, but they pass the buck to @Iberia at @HeathrowAirport. Thanks?

After receiving my wife and 17 -month old daughter’s suitcase THIRTEEN days into our 17 day trip, @British_Airways didn’t even notify us that our flight was canceled until we were in line to drop off our bags. We think, no problem, we’ll just fly out the next day. Big mistake.
