Completely agree. I just finished paying off. I was bullied and threatened. For the sake of family and my health i gave in. It would be illogical, immoral and completely unjust to continie to punish people who have settled

We will be seeking clarity on detail & process of the #McCannReview settlement deal proposed by former HMRC Asst Director Ray McCann.

However it’s wrong & unfair that these terms will not apply to those who have settled & those with pre 2010 & post #LoanCharge cases. They must.

I have just seen another FOIA disclosure. Not read it in full but spotted some guidance on how to make a review into the loan charge look independent but with minimum risk.

Mostly conducted in-house with an independent figurehead lead reviewer.
