I’m honestly beyond frustrated at this point.
It has been over 30 days since I requested a flight cancellation and refund due to airspace closure something that was completely out of my control. I was clearly told by the support agent that I would receive a full refund within 13 working days.
It’s now way past that timeline, and there has been:
- No refund
- No proper update
- No response from support
Booking details:
PNR: BPD3N6 / JGRKIR
Route: Dubai – Islamabad / Islamabad – Dubai
Refund amount: AED 3568
I trusted the process and followed instructions given by your team, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. This is not how customers should be treated.
If there is a delay, at least have the courtesy to inform your customers instead of going silent.
If I do not receive a proper response and resolution immediately, I will have no choice but to initiate legal action against this matter in Dubai.
I need a clear update on my refund now.
