My presentation of credentials to the President of the State of Israel, @Isaac_Herzog, a small part of our conversation that was made public.
We also held an official, private, and highly strategic discussion focused on shared interests that was not shared with the press.
0% debt 100% love for the country , such an amazing infrastructure without any international debt just a hard working people, ( Somaliland is different ).
Britain must recognise Somaliland
Somalia has been a byword for failed statehood and violence for so long that the calm of Somaliland, its neighbour to the north-east, feels almost miraculous.
In contrast to Mogadishu, the bustling streets of Hargeisa, #Somaliland’s capital, aren’t patrolled by grim-faced soldiers. Government offices aren’t huddled behind blast walls and protected by foreign troops.
You can wander into a restaurant and enjoy camel steaks (a national speciality) without worrying about al-Shabaab terrorists.

From Dahir Riyale Kahin to Donald J. Trump: #Somaliland’s 2003 Truth About Somalia Is Finally Acknowledged
In 2003, the third President of the Republic of Somaliland, Dahir Riyale Kahin, said that Somalia is not a country and is only regarded as one because it claims Somaliland.
More than two decades later, U.S. President @realDonaldTrump repeated the same reality from the White House and again on the global stage at the World Economic Forum, saying:
“#Somalia is not even a country. It doesn’t function as one.”
Two presidents. Two eras. One truth.
Somaliland was right all along.
