@Ford Took working Fusion in for scheduled recall repair. Should have taken 8 hours. 2 business days later, no repair, no ETA, dealer won't provide loaner car. Ford corporate says won't cover a rental. Glad I ditched our other Ford for Cadillac instead of Lincoln.

booked 2 @Hilton rooms for Super Bowl weekend at $288/night. Confirmed. No issues.

Hilton silently canceled my reservation with no notice.

They now want $1,099/night for the same rooms.

They blame a “glitch.”

This is bait-and-switch. Not hospitality.

@phonak After just under 18 months of use, I get only 14 to 15 hours of use from a rechargeable Audeo Lumity. Would it kill you to produce a larger device with a bit more mAh capacity?

Also realize that 99% uptime means up to 3.65 unplanned days offline per year. i3 is far better than 99%. Higher uptime costs money.

@phonak Would really love a program to pay a reasonable fee and trade my Audeo L-RT devices for Audeo L-312 devices. As a severe to profound loss patient who streams Roger devices 6-10 hours daily plus some BT, and travels frequently, rechargables don't cut it!

@AmericanExpress Love a card benefit I can't use because of wait times at an airport. Today, CLT. Last month LAX and DFW. May was also a fail at DFW and SFO. So glad I pay $700 for this. Sure there are other card benefits but lounges are why I carry premium cards.

Ironically, if enough angry people cancel rather than play $695 to wait hours in lines for a stressful, crowded Centurion lounges (plus $50 for their partner to join), the overcrowding problem will go away. But then Amex budget cuts will further diminish lounge quality.

I don't even bother trying at DFW anymore thanks to the Capital One lounge. There are other Platinum benefits to be sure but the lounge access is important to me, and it's no longer usable.

@garyleff I feel silly complaining to plaza premium since I typically won't use their branded lounges while I have better alternatives. But I guess it's the key way to get SFO to follow rules or officially get out of the program.

@HyattConcierge What is the value in offering 9am and noon check-in options at Hyatt Place in the app when it isn't honored at property and rooms are not available to check-in at 12:30?
