🏆 Colorectal cancer, one of the most common and deadliest cancers worldwide, poses clinical treatment challenges. The project “Sweetening the tumor attack: neoantigen glycoengineering to boost CD8+T cell response against colorectal cancer” aims to explore whether the glycan profile of CRC cells can modulate the immune response and to develop a new vaccine to fight this cancer.
