The human body can only be pushed so far, and I think a lot of us are pushing ourselves too far, me included.
We do need to worry about:
1. Sleep and exercise
2. Eating right
3. Getting off of our devices
4. Having analog experiences
This AI world has sped up our lives and put a lot of pressure on us to keep our agents busy. Something on my mind this Friday afternoon.
Our Artemis II crew’s journey around the Moon is on the horizon, and we're all going together.
Have you signed up to send your name on the flight? Show us your boarding passes!
You can now enable Claude to use your computer to complete tasks.
It opens your apps, navigates your browser, fills in spreadsheets—anything you'd do sitting at your desk.
Research preview in Claude Cowork and Claude Code, macOS only.
Projects are now available in Cowork.
Keep your tasks and context in one place, focused on one area of work. Files and instructions stay on your computer.
Import existing projects in one click, or start fresh.
This is crazy looks like an easier solution than Termius. Can’t wait to try it out. Still think Termius might have a leg up because I can move files between computers… for now 😂
Announcing a new Claude Code feature: Remote Control. It's rolling out now to Max users in research preview. Try it with /remote-control
Start local sessions from the terminal, then continue them from your phone. Take a walk, see the sun, walk your dog without losing your flow.
instead of watching a 2 hour movie,
watch this masterclass on building a personal OS agent using Obsidian + Claude Code
it will completely change how you manage your data and workflows
how to use obsidian + claude code to build a 24/7 personal operating system and build your startup:
1. write everything in markdown (daily notes, projects, beliefs, people, meetings)
2. link your notes together so they mirror how your brain actually thinks.
3. install obsidian cli so claude code can read your entire vault + the relationships.
4. stop reexplaining projects every session. use reference files instead.
5. build custom slash commands:
/context → load your full life + work state
/trace → see how an idea evolved over months
/connect → bridge two domains you’ve been circling
/ideas → generate startup ideas from your vault
/graduate → promote daily thoughts into real assets
6. keep a strict rule: human writes the vault. agents read it, suggest, execute.
7. let claude aka clode surface patterns you’ve been unconsciously circling for years.
8. delegate from inside your notes. one sentence in obsidian → agent handles the rest.
9. treat writing as leverage.the more you write, the more context your agents have.
10. understand this:markdown files are the oxygen of llms.
i really enjoyed seeing how to use obsidian thanks to @internetvin
vin uses ai like a thinking partner wired into his life’s work.
99.99% of people won’t do this because it requires reflection + setup.
but once the vault exists, the agent stops being generic.
it starts thinking in your voice.
episode is live on @startupideaspod (more there)
this one is different. send this tweet to a friend.
im still processing how game changer obsidian + claude code is, maybe you too
watch
This looks like it might be crazy in a good way. Looked at older versions of BMad Method but can't wait to try this version out.

I think @drfeifei’s take is the right take. Human creativity isn’t the thing AI is trying to replace. AI should be used to make the visions you have more accessible and to shorten the time to make them a reality. It should give humans with a vision superpowers…
Today, we’re releasing a significant upgrade to our specialized reasoning mode, Gemini 3 Deep Think.
Deep Think is built to drive practical applications, enabling researchers to interpret complex data and engineers to model physical systems through code.
With the updated Deep Think, you can turn a sketch into a 3D-printable reality. Deep Think analyzes the drawing, builds the complex shape, and generates a file so you can create the physical object with 3D printing.
This is rolling out now to Google AI Ultra subscribers. Select the "Deep Think" option in the tools menu to get started.

Everyone should read this. I’m late to the party because I haven’t been on X as much this week but this is excellent. It’s long but it will give you the mental framework to approach what’s barreling towards us.
Introducing Claude Opus 4.6. Our smartest model got an upgrade.
Opus 4.6 plans more carefully, sustains agentic tasks for longer, operates reliably in massive codebases, and catches its own mistakes.
It’s also our first Opus-class model with 1M token context in beta.
