Periampullary adenoma EMR. Nexpowder used prophylactically to reduce delayed postpolypectomy bleeding. Few observations:
1. Nexpowder application was not hindered by duodenoscope elevator pinch as encountered by clips
2. Targeted and controlled application sparring the papilla

@tberzin Same here. I think it is air bubbles during IOC rather than stones. We do EUS before ercp for most similar cases.

I often see active Doppler in the tract but never had any complications. Thanks for your input on this matter

@ChahalPrabhleen No, it is actually an intermediate adult colonoscope. CF-H190 I. I stands for intermediate. It is 1655 mm. I think it is very useful in some altered anatomy cases. https://t.co/OY1laVy2ai
