@littlelizbeth I did one in college to support our local chapter of the diabetes association. We passed a hat afterwards for donations, and it was “leaked” to the news so it got coverage to raise awareness.

Had a flight delay on @Delta that made me miss my connection on the last flight to @fargoairport. But they were awesome: booked me on the 0900 flight, booked a hotel, had a shuttle waiting, and even gave me a nice little overnight kit from @Kiehls! #CustomerService #DoingItRight
