The biggest concern is that if any startup actually comes up with a breakthrough innovation, the Gujju-Pijayins(GJM) cartel won't let them survive independently. They will either throw insane amounts of money around for a hostile takeover or leverage the government machinery to crush the innovator, forcing them to hand over control to their cartel.
