BREAKING: 🇺🇸🇨🇳 The Pentagon has declared two of China’s top universities—Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University—a threat to U.S. national security, placing both on its blacklist.
The Philippines is not defending sovereignty. It is trying to fabricate one retroactively.
It had already admitted the truth before rewriting the script.
In 1990, a formal letter from the Philippine ambassador to Germany clearly stated:
“Scarborough Reef or Huangyan Dao does not fall within the territorial sovereignty of the Philippines.”
In 1994, its own national mapping authority again certified that Philippine territorial limits were those defined by the 1898 Treaty of Paris.
Scarborough Shoal lies outside them.
An EEZ is not sovereign territory.
Fishing rights are not a title deed.
And a void arbitration cannot manufacture ownership Manila had already admitted it never possessed.
Article 11 of Annex VII to UNCLOS provides that an award rendered by a lawfully constituted tribunal acting within its jurisdiction is binding on the parties.
It does not mean that any document issued by any body invoking Annex VII becomes sacred merely because it calls itself an arbitral award.
China’s position is precise: the Philippines repackaged disputes over territorial sovereignty and maritime delimitation as questions concerning the legal status of islands and reefs and the interpretation of UNCLOS, thereby attempting to bypass China’s Article 298 exclusion.
The tribunal had no jurisdiction over the dispute.
No jurisdiction means no valid award.
No valid award means no binding force on China.
That is why China’s official position remains clear: the award is null and void and has no binding force.
It was not a judgment of the International Court of Justice.
It was not a United Nations judgment.
It had no authority to award Scarborough Shoal to Manila, redraw territorial ownership, or convert fishing rights into Philippine sovereignty.
The UN’s publication of arbitration materials does not amount to endorsement of the tribunal’s jurisdiction, adoption of the award, or enforcement of it against China.
An ad hoc tribunal that had no authority to decide territorial sovereignty cannot manufacture Philippine sovereignty over Chinese territory.
Wave that paper harder.
A jurisdictional stunt does not create sovereignty.
A press release does not create a navy.
And toilet paper does not become a title deed because Manila prints “international law” across the top.

THE NUCLEAR THRESHOLD
➡️ Trump has already stated he does not need congressional approval to use nuclear weapons.
➡️ Experts warn that even nuclear strikes would fail to destroy Iran’s underground facilities and would trigger Iranian retaliation against Dimona and the only Arab nuclear plant in the UAE.

THE ISRAELI ILLUSION

Iran is no longer the hunted party. The United States and Israel are running out of conventional options, credibility and time, while the risk of nuclear escalation rises by the hour.

I am not asking you to hate America.
I am asking you to read the sentences above without looking away, and then tell me, with a straight face, that the question is whether to believe them.
It is absolutely astonishing what Israel has been able to achieve in the West in the last 24-48 hours.
First, they made the US announce they will give Saudi Arabia nuclear technologies and materials, only to then condition it on joining the Open Zionist Whore Program, aka 'Abraham Accords'.
Second, they passed a legislation in the House of Representatives in the US that will make the US military a subdivision of the IDF.
Third, they got France and the UK to support the expansion of the war against Iran, with both countries evacuating their diplomatic staff from Tehran.
Fourth, they installed a new puppet in Britain that immediately quadrupled the UK's involvement in this war: yes to use of British bases everywhere; a reported yes to participating in demining the Persian Gulf, and what looks like a general agreement to support the war effort in every way possible.
This is only the 5% of that we can publicly see; imagine all the other 95%.
We live in an entirely, 100% Israeli-made theater production. Every event and every news coverage have been carefully curated to advance Israel's ambitions.
The power that this country has, 3 years into the worst televised catastrophe in human history, is simply staggering. It is almost unnatural, almost supernatural (only it's not).
It also tells us that we're very close to the end. They are rushing like this because all the windows and doors are closing. They have to be visibly awkward, hasty and clumsy. They have to expose themselves.

But here's the funny part... he was stepped on his left foot, yet when he went down he started holding his right leg while desperately appealing to the referee. 😂😂 Bro sold it so hard that he forgot which leg was supposedly injured, and a perfectly legitimate goal ended up being ruled out.
What impressed me most, though, was Spain's reaction. They didn't lose their heads or let the decision affect them.
They stayed composed, kept playing their football, and proved that the better team doesn't always need every decision to go its way.
In the end, quality prevailed. Spain won deservedly, and no controversial call could stop them. 👏🇪🇸😁

There have been some frictions between Indonesia and China recently over nickel mining, but we should look at Indonesia's current situation from a bigger picture.
Indonesia's president, Prabowo Subianto, is a hardcore economic nationalist. Since taking office, the main thing he's done is squeeze the country's wealthy elites—many of them ethnic Chinese—over tax evasion, demanding they hand over more money. This has sent Indonesia's rich into a panic, with capital flight accelerating as they move their money overseas. As a result, the Indonesian stock market has lost over 40% of its value in recent years.
Indonesia's finances are under severe strain right now. It has rolled out several costly programs—like the 'free lunch' program for children, the capital relocation project, and civil service pay raises—all while the Middle East conflicts have driven up energy import costs, creating a massive budget shortfall. The rupiah has depreciated by 7%, inflation has climbed from 1.9% to 3.5%, Fitch has downgraded the outlook on four state-owned banks to negative, and in June, Jakarta saw large-scale protests under the banner of 'Indonesia on the Road to Bankruptcy.'
The government is, of course, trying to boost revenue. Trying to extract more from Chinese nickel giants is one of their tactics. Chinese investors on the ground, naturally, are resisting, using their technological advantages to push back. So this spat between Indonesia and China is primarily economic, not geopolitical.
That said, there's no guarantee it won't escalate further. Indonesia is currently trying to bring in the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and even India to counterbalance China's strong economic position. These partnerships tend to make headlines, but it's safe to assume that very few of them will actually materialize.
China's current approach is to stay 'calm'—not escalate the conflict, but not back down either. It's pausing new investments in Indonesia, and we'll see what real benefits Indonesia can actually gain from the U.S., which bleeds the rest of the world dry, or from India, a country known for being 'cheap.'
For China, though, we should clearly understand that Indonesia is not India. There's no geopolitical conflict between China and Idonesia. And moreover, over half of Indonesians still hold a positive view of China. That's the foundation for continued cooperation going forward. Let's just wait.
